The Quebec Oven was hand-built and completed in 2005 (firebrick, cobblestone, steel, refractory concrete, mineral wool, and high-fire stoneware hearth and frontispiece). 

Dimensions: 5’1” high (8’ tall with chimney) by 5’ wide by 6’7” long
